Enrollment for the 2008-09 School Year

The new school year will be here before we know it. We hope everyone is having a fun and restful summer, and we look forward to seeing all of our students back this fall along with some new faces!
Enrollment for the 2008-09 school year will be held on Monday, August 4th from 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., and Tuesday, August 5th from 10:00 a.m. to 6 p.m. The enrollment fee for K - 5th grade students is $35 per student. The fee for 6th - 8th grade students is $40 per student and students in 9th - 12th grades will pay $45.
Udall started the 1 to 1 laptop initiative last year, which means all students in grades 9-12 will be able to lease a laptop for the school year. That fee is $50 per student.
Sports fees for 6th - 12th grade students will remain the same for this year. Students will pay a $20 fee to play one sport, and those who wish to play more than one sport will be assessed a one-time $35 fee. This hopefully will help families with several students participating in sports. Just a reminder, current and past due enrollment fees must be paid before a student can participate in a KSHSAA sport. Parents having financial difficulties paying these fees may contact Grady Sewell, high school principal, to establish a time to visit about this issue.
The first day of school will be Thursday, August 14th. Elementary students and their parents are invited to a "Meet the Teacher" night on Tuesday, August 12th from 4 - 6 p.m. This helps the students get acquainted with their new teacher and classroom, as well as "unload" all their new school supplies!
The forms you will need to complete to enroll your student(s) are listed below. Many parents printed the forms and completed them to save a little time in the enrollment process last year.
