ACT and Work Keys in February

Juniors will be taking the ACT test on February 20th. It is free for all juniors. Any senior that has never taken the test will be able to take the test as well.  The ACT is a standardized test that measures a student's skills in five core areas: English, math, reading, science, and writing (optional). Students in grades 11 and 12 take the ACT so that they can submit their scores to colleges as part of the college application process.

Juniors and Seniors will be taking the Work Keys test on February 21. The ACT WorkKeys is a skills assessment test for those who are interested in or are currently working for employers that place an emphasis on the National Career Readiness Certificate (NCRC), which is the credential achieved by those who successfully complete the exam.

Both of these will benefit our students and we are excited to be able to offer them!

Udall FFA Creates Eagle's Nest Food Pantry

The Udall FFA leadership team worked with Wheatstate and the Udall Police station to create the "Eagle's Nest" food pantry.  They will offer provisions for our students in need.  Any community member that is able to donate is asked to drop donations off at Wheatstate, the Udall Police Station, or the high school office.  For more details about items needed and who is being served with the pantry, click on the links below:
