PAT

Udall USD 463 is excited to announce the launch of the Parents as Teachers (PAT) program, designed to support families with young children in our community. This initiative pairs trained staff with families to enhance early development, health, and access to essential resources. The PAT program is available for families with children from birth to kindergarten.

Through a combination of group events, home visits, and child screenings, Parents as Teachers aims to support children’s readiness for school while empowering families to establish strong parent-child relationships.

USD 463 is proud to be part of a six-district PAT consortium, which includes Argonia, Belle Plaine, Caldwell, South Haven, Oxford, and Udall. The program is sponsored by Argonia USD 359. For more information about the USD 463 PAT program, please click this link: Parents as Teachers website.

The program is coordinated by Stacie Nelson, along with PAT paraeducator Kristi Dust, who will specifically serve families in Udall. For those interested in participating in the Parents as Teachers program, please contact Stacie Nelson at snelson@argonia359.net or call the Udall Elementary School Office at (620) 782-3632.
