The Business Management students are learning about different types of management styles. They completed team building activities first using an autocratic style, then democratic style, and then open style. They all decided autocratic was not their favorite!

High school students in Mrs. Dickson's Culinary/Nutrition classes this week studied a unit of lessons about ramen. Students learned nutritious additions to fortify regular ramen, how to make ramen Pho style, and also got a demonstration in how to make ramen egg-drop-soup style. A yummy time was had by all!

The clinic will be held Wednesday, September 17th and Thursday, September 18 at Udall Rec Center at 305 S. Blankenship, from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm. Performance will be at the high school football game half time on Friday, September 19th.

The Financial Literacy class discussed what they value most after budgeting with M & M's! They had to decide which categories to spend their twenty M & M's on. The various categories included things like housing, transportation, and recreation.
FACS classes at UHS kicked off the first week of classes by making a variety of No-Bake Cookies. Varieties included Traditional Chocolate Peanut Butter, Dark Chocolate, and Blonde Maple. They were tasty treats for a Friday afternoon. EagleStrong!
