$120 EBT Food Assistance
Low-income Kansas families may apply for $120 in grocery assistance through the 2024 Summer EBT (Electronic benefit transfer) program. Assistance is available to all Kansas school children income-eligible for free and reduced-price meals during the school year. Applications must be submitted by October 15 through the Kansas Department for Children and Families Self-Service Portal at https://www.dcfapp.kees.ks.gov/apspssp/sspNonMed.portal.
In the DCF Self-Service Portal, go to “Apply for assistance.” Login to apply for Summer EBT. If you do not already have an account on the Self-Service Portal, you can create a new account to apply.
Families who were already in DCF’s system (i.e., receiving SNAP, TANF, etc.) should have received $120 for each eligible child to help buy groceries during the summer when school wasn’t in session.
If believe you are eligible and did not already receive the one-time payment of $120/child this summer, please apply now.
You do NOT need to provide your social security number, proof of citizenship or any other documentation.
To learn more about Summer EBT and to find out if your family might be eligible, check out DCF’s Summer EBT Fact Sheet at Kansas Summer EBT Fact Sheet final accessible.pdf (ks.gov)
Original deadline was September 11. It has been extended. The deadline for submitting applications online is Tuesday, October 15, 2024.

Library time with Mrs. Mendoza and Ms. Courtney was a success for our 1st and 3rd graders today. Students checked out their books, listened to a read aloud, and "hugged their books" as they went back to class. #EagleStrong!

Please vote for Lillian Hoffman to be featured in southcentral Kansas Vype magazine! The magazine is featuring one small school runner. It would be amazing to get Lillian as the featured athlete and put Udall in the magazine as well! Lillian placed second at league, placed seventh at regionals, and competed as a freshman at state this past year! Voting ends August 29th at 10 pm.
